What to expect on the day
Allow two to three hours. Helen will chat with you at drop-off about how you like your dog to look and anything she should know, such as sore spots or nerves. Your dog is given time to settle before the groom begins and can take breaks along the way.
Questions
How often does my dog need a full groom?
It depends on the breed and how you like the coat kept. Many fast-growing coats do well every six to eight weeks. Helen can suggest a rhythm once she has seen your dog's coat.
Why is the price a range?
Size, coat type and the condition of the coat all affect how long the groom takes. Helen will give you a price for your dog before she starts.
Can I ask for a particular style?
Yes. Bring a photo if you have one. Helen will tell you honestly whether it will suit your dog's coat.
